By sending the package, a repair contract is established between you (the sender) and us (the recipient).
You
cover the shipping costs to us, and we cover the return shipping costs. Inspection and cost estimation are
free of charge.
Please provide a detailed error description, as this significantly increases the chances of a successful
repair.

If you have a warranty claim or a service pack agreement, please include the name of the reseller.

Once we receive your package, the contract is concluded. We assign your package an RMA number and create a
dedicated page for it. You can access this page by entering the tracking number provided by your shipping
service on our homepage in the corresponding field (yellow label).
On this page, you can check your shipment's contents, track the repair status, and update payment
details or address other issues if necessary. Login details will also be sent to the email address you
provided on the package.
To make sure nothing is forgotten, we have created an RMA form. If you fill out this form and include it
with
your package, we receive all the necessary information in advance and can reduce processing time during
package intake. Thank you for your cooperation!

For warranty claims, repair status, or shipment tracking, please enter our RMA number or your package's
tracking number.
You can also enter any other numbers from our partners, and we will try to connect them to our product.
